The system provides for the management of large events with rooms, users, corporate contracts.
A system that allows for the creation of Courses and sessions that can be calendared and distributed to the various rooms.
A system with approval flow management, approval workflow for course leaders.
A system that allows at calendar closure to send the agenda to all speakers.
A system that allows participants to register for courses, book hotels and services: lunch, breakfast, dinner and more… with online payment. A customized Booking integrated into the system!!!
A system that allows participants to view their agenda with courses, services and hotels booked.
A system that allows them to authenticate themselves to access the event via Badges with QRCODEs and TOTEMs.
A system that allows massive dynamic messages to be sent automatically to filtered groups of users: a Mailchimp-type newsletter system!!!
A system that allows the dynamic generation of certificates of attendance for courses.
A system that will be with us in development for a few months, but we like it 🙂
