The choice of use depends on what the client requires and the goal to be achieved.
For ranking I prefer WordPress; as it is very felssible and has several features for optimizing a website.
For building portals, I prefer Drupal, which I also use when there are many requests for customization. Drupal is less suitable for search engine ranking, it is chosen when many new features need to be implemented.
